1st Annual Town of Montgomery “National Night Out”

August 7, 2018 6 pm to 10 pm

At the Valley Central High School

Annually, over 15,000 communities across the United States join forces and celebrate National Night Out. This is a nation-wide effort to promote a Police Community Partnership through crime, drug and violence awareness prevention and neighborhood unity. National Night Out is celebrated each year on the first Tuesday of August.

Our 1st Annual Town of Montgomery National Night Out will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 6 pm to 10 pm at the Valley Central High School located at 1175 State Route 17K in Montgomery, NY.

This year’s event will be a joint effort with the Town of Montgomery, Village of Maybrook, Village of Montgomery, Village of Walden and the Valley Central Schools Parent University. We anticipate a crowd of approximately six thousand people in attendance. The night event will consist of a live concert and DJ, fireworks, food, children’s games and jump houses, touch a truck, a variety of vendors, exhibitions, emergency vehicle displays and handouts.

We are seeking businesses who would like to attend as a vendor. All vendors will have an opportunity to meet and greet the community and provide handouts. If you are interested in being a sponsor for the event or a portion of it, contact Sgt. Roy Werner with the Village of Walden PD 845-778-5595 or LT. Alex Landolina with the Town of Montgomery PD 845-457-9211. This is a cooperative effort by the four police departments within the Town of Montgomery to make the community safer.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration of our request.
