Dear Residents, October 19, 2018
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE BLACKTOPPING OF COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE IS TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED TO BEGIN NEXT MONDAY OCTOBER 22 – WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 24TH AT 7AM. Again, we remind you that there WILL BE NO PARKING PERMITTED the entire length of Country Club Drive from 6AM-6PM UNTIL THE PAVING IS COMPLETE. We ask that you use the municipal lot at David Weiss Memorial Park if necessary. Any vehicles on the street during the paving operations may have to be towed at the owner’s expense.
**** THE ROAD WILL BE CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC EXCEPT EMERGENCY AND CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES****. Please plan accordingly.
A special note to the residents south of the intersection of Everett Place to Palmer Court and from Palmer Court to Saracino Drive with you driveways/parking areas abutting the street, I ask you to please have your cars moved Monday morning to coincide with the temporary no parking restrictions.
There will be a detour through David Weiss park to Greening Place onto Adams Drive from Saracino Drive. Ted Miller Drive, Everett Place, Adams Drive and Palmer Court will be inaccessible from Country Club Drive until completion of paving operations.
I want to thank all the residents of the area for their patience and cooperation during this lengthy project it is very much appreciated.
